- Fry flour
1. In this recipe, roopchand fish need marination two times. To make the first marinade, mix garlic paste, ginger (up to your choice), lemon juice, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Taste this marinade and add any of the ingredients if needed.
