Gtpl broadband review

Gtpl broadband

GTPL Hathway Limited is the second largest company that works in TV distribution and provides one of the fastest broadband services.

Currently, they have got more than 10.8 million users from 1000 different towns of different states.

Although Gtpl company was started from Gujarat, nowadays they’re providing their services in Andhra Pradesh, Tripura, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Rajsthan, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Goa, Assam, and Jharkhand.

After many years of experience
Gtpl has become the largest Multi-Service Operator in Gujrat and the second biggest company in West Bengal.

Suppose we talk about GTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd. So it has become the 6th largest Private Wired Broadband provider.

Currently, they’re focusing on providing high-speed fibre broadband at a meager price; they have about 6 Lacs plus customers who are using their Internet service.

That’s all was about the company now let me share some gtpl review.

Gtpl fiber broadband review

Gtpl fiber broadband is of the best broadband in India. Still, a few customers are not happy with their services but mostly are so glad.

Is gtpl broadband good?

Gtpl broadband connection is good until you face any issue with the broadband connection. Because once you start facing a problem so that will be your worst experience.

Because gtpl broadband customer care services are the worst service according to many gtpl users, gtpl service provider will note your issues and take about 1 to 3 days and sometimes even more.

Apart from this, they will never send someone to your house or office to solve the problem unless it’s a regional broadband service problem.

That’s why you’ve to visit their branches to have your problem solved, still, they may ignore you.

However, I would say their interest service is not the worst service but not the best too, and I’m saying it just because of customer care services experience.

Why is GTP broadband bad?

GTP broadband is bad for customers because they’ll close your service without giving you any reason; it happened with many of their customers.

Many times you will have to face server issues and sometimes speed problems too. Their internet connection can be goes of 10 to 15 days a month, which will be a bad experience for you if you’re a daily internet user.

Although Gtpl is the 6th largest broadband service provider in Indian still, I’ve seen many users complaining that they’re not gotten internet for the past six months.

Their team behavior is not really good, or I would say they’re not polite because they might talk to you you’re a stupid person.

Should you use Gtpl broadband?

Well, I’ve shared all good and bad gtpl fibre broadband review. I’ve seen both types of costumer, some were happy, and some were not. Still, I would suggest that you can use their 50 Mbps plan for six months if that plan satisfies you so you can jump to the 60, 80, or 100 Mbps plans.
